How do I place an order on VQ Buildware?
Placing an order is simple:
- Browse products and add them to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping details.
- Select a payment method and complete the purchase.
- You will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS.
What payment methods are available?
We accept multiple payment options:
- Credit/Debit Cards - Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.
- Net Banking - Supported by major banks.
- UPI & Wallets - Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) - Available for select locations.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order by logging into your VQ Buildware account under `My Orders.`
What is the estimated delivery time?
Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days.
Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (available for select products).
Delivery time may vary based on your location.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, you can update your address in `My Orders.` Once shipped, address changes are not possible.
What is your return policy?
You can return products within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The item is unused and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, go to `My Orders` - Select the item - Click `Return` and follow the instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Online payments (UPI/Cards/Net Banking) are refunded to the original payment method.
- COD refunds are processed via bank transfer.
Do you offer product warranties?
Yes! Warranty details vary based on the product and brand. Check the product page for specific warranty information.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
Contact our customer support immediately with photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a return or replacement.
