Cancellation & Returns

At VQ Buildware, we strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. If you need to cancel an order or return a product, we have a simple process in place to assist you.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. If the cancellation is made before dispatch, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. However, once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. If you no longer wish to keep the item after it has been shipped, you can request a return once you receive it.

Return & Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to return a product if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories. Returns may not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, has been physically damaged (not caused during shipping), or falls under our non-returnable category, such as software or hygiene-related items.
To initiate a return, log in to your VQ Buildware account and go to the "My Orders" section. Select the item you want to return and submit a request. Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup if it meets our return criteria. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement.

Refund Process

After receiving the returned product, we will complete an inspection and initiate your refund within 5-7 business days. If the payment was made using UPI, a credit/debit card, or net banking, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer.
