Return & Refund policy

At VQ Buildware India, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or receive a defective product, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your convenience. Please read the following guidelines carefully before initiating a return request.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if the product you received is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. In case you receive an incomplete order, you are also eligible to file a return request. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and tags. The return request must be initiated within seven days of delivery.
Some products, such as personal hygiene items, software, digital downloads, and perishable goods, cannot be returned. Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or have tampered serial numbers are also ineligible for return. If your return request does not meet the eligibility criteria, our team will notify you accordingly.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, log in to your VQ Buildware India account and navigate to the "My Orders" section. Select the order you wish to return, click on "Request Return," and provide a valid reason for the return. If applicable, upload images of the product to support your request. Once you submit the request, our team will review it and provide further instructions.
If your return request is approved, our logistics partner will schedule a pickup from your location within two to five business days. The product must be securely packed in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit. If our pickup service is unavailable in your area, you may be required to self-ship the item to our warehouse. Once the returned product reaches our facility, it undergoes a quality inspection. This process may take one to three business days. If the return is approved, we will proceed with the refund or replacement.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed based on the original payment method used for the purchase. If you made a prepaid order using a credit card, debit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking, the refund will be credited back to your account within five to seven business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or credited to your VQ Buildware Wallet. In this case, you will need to provide your bank details for the transfer. If you choose to receive the refund in your VQ Buildware Wallet, the amount will be credited within 24 hours, allowing you to use it for future purchases.

Replacement & Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you can request a replacement instead of a refund. If the product you wish to replace is out of stock, you may choose an alternative product or wait for a restock.
In case you want to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, you can follow the return process and select the exchange option instead of a refund. If the exchanged product has a price difference, the amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched for a full refund. To cancel an order, go to the "My Orders" section, select the order, and click on "Cancel Order." If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible, and you will need to refuse delivery or request a return after receiving the product.
Repeated order cancellations without valid reasons may result in restrictions on your account.

Special Conditions for Different Product Categories

For electronics and appliances such as mobiles, laptops, televisions, and refrigerators, it is important to unbox the product in the presence of the delivery agent. Any damages or defects must be reported immediately to avoid rejection of the return request.
Fashion items, including clothes, shoes, and accessories, must have their original tags and packaging intact. Used or washed products will not be accepted for return. Large appliances and furniture require verification by an authorized technician before a return is processed. If the product is damaged due to self-installation, it will not be eligible for return.

Refund Delays & Disputes

If your refund is delayed beyond the expected processing time of seven business days, you may contact our customer support team for assistance. In case of disputes regarding a return or refund, VQ Buildware India reserves the right to make the final decision based on our policy guidelines.
