By accessing or using VQ, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before continuing.

Overview

VQ ("we", "our", "us") operates as a platform that connects users with verified service providers ("workers") for various household and professional tasks.
By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these terms, along with our Privacy Policy.

User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
  • Any activity that occurs under your account will be your responsibility.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, please report it immediately via the Support section.

Service Bookings

VQ provides an interface to book, track, and manage services offered by verified workers.
Booking a service requires accurate contact details and location information.
Once confirmed, you will receive booking details including worker information, estimated cost, and schedule.

Payments

  • Payments can be made through multiple methods, including Cash on Delivery, Online Payments, or Wallet Credits (if applicable).
  • All payment data is processed securely.
  • Any refund or cancellation will follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy outlined in Section 6.

Worker Responsibilities

  • All workers on VQ are expected to maintain professionalism and follow quality and safety standards.
  • VQ verifies worker credentials but does not guarantee the outcome or quality of every service.
  • Any misconduct or issue during service must be reported immediately through the Report Issue option.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel a service before it is marked as "Out for Service."
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within the specified timeframe once verified.
  • In the case of Cash on Delivery, refunds will not apply if payment hasn't been made yet.
  • Workers also reserve the right to cancel bookings under certain conditions (e.g., incorrect address, unavailability, or safety concerns).

User Conduct

When using VQ, you agree not to:

  • Misuse or disrupt the platform.
  • Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm any worker or user.
  • Attempt to hack, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform.

Violation of these terms may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

Data & Privacy

When using VQ, you agree not to:

  • Misuse or disrupt the platform.
  • Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm any worker or user.
  • Attempt to hack, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform.

Violation of these terms may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

Platform Availability

  • VQ strives to ensure uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee complete uptime.
  • Maintenance, updates, or external factors may cause temporary downtime.
  • We will notify users in advance whenever possible.

Liability

  • VQ acts as a facilitator, not a direct service provider.
  • We are not responsible for damages or losses arising from worker actions or user negligence.
  • However, we actively support dispute resolution between users and workers.

Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Any changes will be communicated through the app or website. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
